Wow

Those Rhodes are amazing!
Seriously.
This was one tiny step under amazing.
I think if you do some panning, and a few fills here and there to keep it interesting.
Also put the bass down the tiniest bit, enough to let everything else shine, but not enough to take away from the low end.

This was an awesome song, really.

Oswalde responds:

Yeah, I definitely need to work on mixing in general, as well as throwing a little more variety in the mix.
Thanks for the comments!

Yup

Good use of pitch bend on that sitar.
That was a really nice touch.

The bassline was really interesting too.
Maybe a gated synth to go with the bass later? =)
That would have been cool.

Asides from that, a really great piece.

Yup

Doesn't really sound like acid to me, but I love it anyway.

You are definatly skilled with the automation and melody side of music.

Great job,

When I first made this song it was titled acid rush and it suited the name very well, but I changed it a bunch and didn't think about changing the name.

Thanks for the review glad you liked it.

Yup

Very good composing going on here.
The only thing I would suggest to you, is that your drums feel sepperated from the song.
So try to put a sub bass in there. Not a loud one, but a low sub bass so that the frequencies tie together.

After that this song will be pretty fscking amazing.

Great job.

I'll think about the changes, for now I want to make something sound really live.

A very interesting peice.
I really enjoyed the bells/vibes. with the little wind instrument behind it.

The bass came in clear with my speakers ;)

Piano was perfect.
Loved the scratch before the drums came back in.

overall a great song =)
You really know your stuff.

hmm

I agree with everyone.
The intro was great, but all of the song after that was just the direction it should have gone.

The lead synth was really horrible sounding, pick a different one...or just stick with piano.

I really liked this song.

The instruments didn't fit perfectly, but that can be fixed easily.

It would truly be an honor if I could do my own rendition of this.
If you wouldn't mind, lemme have the chord progressions ^^

If not I perfectly understand, its your work.
And its amazing

woah, thanks bro. yea i know though thing was i wanted a lot of pats that didn't fit together. I'll be posting the exact specs of this song later so you can see exactly what pluggins and stuff i used. maybe i'll give you some of the sound files and stuff so you can do your own version.

Interesting.

Very good job with the transitions.
The ending was very well done.
Try layering a few more snares. the one you have now doesn't have much body to it.
It never got boring for me, which is a very impressive thing to pull off =)

Looking forward to more

BAWLS responds:

Why thank you good sir!

I didn't think too much about layering snares. Indeed, a problem I had was finding the right type and volume snare for the right section, which I solved only partially. And I'm tired of editing this song, lol. I'll def. keep that idea in mind for next time. <333

Love that Aphex sounding moan.
Drums were very well done, maybe turn them down a tinnnnyyyy bit.

Besides that, this is a great sounding track, very professional.

I love those bamboo sounding mallets. They really add a certain feel to the song.

You did a great job remixing this.
